This public website is published with VWeb on the VNet platform.

• It does not store medical information. Clinical records live only in VHealth, behind VNet authentication, consent controls, encryption and audit logging.
• The contact form stores the name, email, organization, topic and message you type, so the office can reply. Do not enter health information in it.
• Page visits are counted without cookies, tracking scripts or advertising pixels; no IP address or browser fingerprint is kept.
• Maps and directions are provided by Google Maps and are subject to Google’s privacy policy when you use them.
