Questions
I do not have a VNet account yet.
Call the office at (787) 331-0607. Accounts for patients of the practice are set up by the office, not through this website.
I forgot my password.
On the VHealth sign-in page, use “Forgot password”. If you still cannot sign in, call the office.
Is my information private?
Yes. Your clinical information stays inside VHealth, behind VNet authentication, your consent settings, encryption and audit logging. This public website never holds or displays medical information.
Can a family member or caregiver see my information?
Only if you allow it. In VHealth you can share selected categories with a family member, or designate a trusted guardian, and withdraw access at any time. See Caregivers & Family.
Can I request an appointment in VHealth?
Yes. Existing patients view, request and manage appointments from VHealth. New patients call the office.
