Dra. Daisy Báez-Franceschi, MD

Dr. Daisy Báez-Franceschi is an internal medicine and geriatric medicine physician practicing in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She leads San Patricio Internal Medicine & Geriatrics Center, PSC, where she cares for adults and older adults and works closely with the families and caregivers who support them.

She is board certified in Internal Medicine and in Geriatrics, and is a graduate of the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus. She served as an Associate Professor at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine for sixteen years.

Her practice focuses on the health concerns that matter most as we age — memory, mobility and falls, medications, sleep, nutrition and chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and osteoporosis — with plain-language explanations and time for your questions.
